DAMAGED ITEMS
Please email us within 3 days of receiving. We are happy to work with you towards a resolution.
GENERAL RETURNS
If you receive an item that doesn't work for you and would like to initiate a return for a refund, please email us at hello@shopsunshinekidsco.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will not accept returns past a 5 day received window.
Once we receive your return we will inspect it and determine if a refund will be granted. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item you are returning shows signs of wear, smells, etc. As long as it is still in unworn, new condition your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Sale items 40% off or more or anything marked as final sale will not be able to be returned.
We do not pay for return shipping and do not refund shipping fees.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
