RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

GENERAL RETURNS

If you receive an item that doesn't work for you and would like to initiate a return for a refund, please email us at hello@shopsunshinekidsco.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not accept returns past a 7 day window.

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and determine if a refund will be granted.  We have the right to refuse a refund if the item you are returning shows signs of wear, smells, etc. As long as it is still in unworn, new condition your refund will be processed in the form of a gift card within 5 business days. 

On sale items ending in .99 or anything marked as final sale will not be able to be returned. 

We do not pay for return shipping and do not refund shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for own shipping or we are happy to create a label and apply the USPS fee to your returned order. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Our inspection process is thorough and we take pride in the quality construction of our garments. If by chance, your item arrives in poor condition, please email us within 7 days of receiving. We are happy to work with you towards a resolution.

DAMAGED ITEMS BY MAIL

If items have arrived damaged by mail or are lost/stolen in transit, we do not provide refunds, but all of our packages come with shipping insurance. USPS or UPS will be your main point of contact for this. If you are wondering how to start, just email and we will do our best to help you.
